Frog in a Well is my interpretation of the Japanese proverb “a frog in a well does not know the great sea.” People with disabilities have long faced isolation being confined to their homes due to poverty, inaccessibility, and mental health. During Covid everyone faced a similar isolation. This illustration represents my isolation. Working at my computer with the starry sky reflected on the decorative well cover, which represents the wider universe just out of reach.
